THE COURT:*

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on February 10, 1998, be modified in the following particular:

1. On page 6, line 5 of the second full paragraph, the sentence beginning with the words: "In this case," is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

In this case, the statutory language is unambiguous. Interpreting it as respondent urges us to do would conflict with the express

language of the statute.
