ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING |
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on December 10, 1999, be modified as follows:
1) Change the publication of the opinion to be filed as "CERTIFIED FOR PARTIAL PUBLICATION*" and add the footnote "*" to state as follows:
"*Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rules 976(b) and 976.1, this opinion is certified for publication with the exception of parts V, VI, VII and VIII."
2) On page 33 of the filed opinion change part VI’s caption to read as follows:
"VI. Objection to a Defense Question."
There is no change in the judgment. The petition for rehearing is denied.
