The typewritten opinion filed in the above entitled action on January 16, 2001, is modified as follows:
1. On page 16, line 3 from the bottom of the page, change the date reading "November 14, 1994," to November 14, 1984;
2. On page 66, delete the bracketed sentence reading "[The portions of this opinion that follow (parts IIIA1 - IIIA6) are deleted from publication.]" and the footnote;
3. On page 94, delete the bracketed sentence reading "[The following section (part IIIB) is to be published.]" and the footnote.
There is no change in the judgment.
