The opinion filed December 31, 1998, is hereby modified as follows:
In footnote 6 on page 6, the first sentence should be changed to read as follows: "Appellate counsel for Maria and Fidel (who had nothing to do with the preparation or filing of the notice of appeal) acknowledges that the document was not filed until April 21 -- 61 days after February 19 -- due to 'miscalendaring and inadvertence.'"
This modification does not affect the judgment.
