The opinion filed on January 17, 2001, is modified as follows:
1. On page 11, paragraph 2, line 3, please delete "Schulman" and replace it with "Shulman";
2. On page 13, paragraph 2, line 8, word 8, please delete "the" and replace it with "be"; and
3. On page 14, line 15, please delete "and the fact he was a drug salesperson" so the sentence now ends with the word "watch."
