The opinion filed herein on January 24, 2001, is ordered modified as follows:
On page 8, the second sentence of the last paragraph beginning "The stay" is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:
The petition is denied, and the stay of the eviction order is ordered dissolved upon issuance of the remittitur.
There is no change in the judgment.
